1. Copyright Infringement Notification

Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice:

2. Content Removal Process
If your request complies with all the above requirements:
- We will review your DMCA notice and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
- Please allow 1-4 business days for a response.
Note: Requests that do not adhere to the above requirements may be ignored. Submitting incomplete or inaccurate information may delay processing.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed in response to a DMCA notice was mistakenly identified or is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your full contact information: name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
- The specific URLs (links) of the material that was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- The following statement: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found. I will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice or their agent.”
- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Important Notes
- We do not host any software or files directly on FreeSoftPoint. All software linked on our platform is the responsibility of its respective developer or provider.
- Sending your DMCA notice to other parties (e.g., our Internet Service Provider) will not expedite your request. It may result in delays due to improper filing.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, FreeSoftPoint will terminate access to the website for repeat infringers, as determined at our sole discretion.
